Return & Refund Policy

At Fandustore.ae, we offer a 3-day return and refund policy with the following conditions:

  • Issues must be reported on the same day or within 24 hours after delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Customers must return the product within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted, and Fandustore.ae is not responsible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Shipping costs for returns may be the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a verified fault on our end.

If these conditions are met, your refund will be processed within a few business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

1. Opened Products / Taste Preference / Change of Mind

For food safety and regulatory reasons, any opened product is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, unless a verified manufacturing or quality defect is identified.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons related to taste preference, customer specification mismatch, or change of mind once the product has been opened.

2. Quality-Related Complaints

If there is a genuine quality concern (such as off odor, contamination, infestation, incorrect item, or damaged packaging), the following conditions apply:

  • Complaint must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Product picture and invoice reference must be provided.

  • Product must be retained for inspection by our Quality Control team.

  • Refund, credit note, or replacement will be issued only after verification and approval.
