Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

If applicable:

Delivery charges AED 30 on order below AED 200 (Dubai & Sharjah)
Delivery charges AED 50 on order below AED 250 (Abu Dhabi/Al Ain/Fujairah/UAQ/RAK)
No deliveries in western regions

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before the order has been shipped.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

If your order appears delayed or tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it:

We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
