• You are responsible for checking the product upon delivery and reporting any issues on the same day.
• Products returned must be in the same condition as received—unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
• The return must be delivered to fandustore.ae warehouse within 14 days of the original delivery date.
• fandustore.ae reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our refund policy criteria.
• No refund, return, or exchange requests will be entertained after the 3rd day from the date of delivery.
